So, I landed a new job the other week. Trying to better my self lately and this is one of the steps needed. My old company is going nowhere fast and I'm looking to go somewhere with my life.
If you want something, only you can get it. Don't expect it handed out.

Why does it always seem like the people that "work their butts off" always end up where the people that just "get by" do.
My generation lacks the balls, yeah I said it. They lack the balls to get their job done and do it good. What happened to that ideology anyway?
I think some of America has turned into leaches. Those people that always think that they deserve something. You know what I'm talking about, everyone knows someone like that.
America, WAKE UP. Everything in life is earned. Don't think, "you deserve a raise." Make sure you are a valuable asset, then demand that raise. Stop thinking the government or someone else will always bail you out, and start asking yourself "what you can to do improve your life?" After all, you're the only one that knows the aswer to that question.
